Presentation-focused website for a real estate agent, designed to improve credibility, capture leads, and showcase property listings from both her brokerage (via IDX) and personal inventory.

Technical Highlights

• Server-side data fetching via Next.js API routes for listing data
• Headless CMS setup with Contentful, including custom content modeling for listings
• Internationalization using next-intl (English/Spanish support), using locale-based routing and implementing translated metadata for SEO per language
• SEO-focused architecture with dynamic metadata per page, Open Graph tags for social sharing, structured data (JSON-LD) and sitemap generation
• Performance optimization with Next.js <Image>, lazy loading media, and overhead reduction

My Role
